Love Letter to New York
“Love Letter to New York” is a 14 page, four color silkscreen book, printed on linen. The red poetry are digitally embroidered on translucent organza silk, overlaying against the graphic silkscreened images.
The poem reads:
i felt our fingers interlock through converging sidewalks
we run and chase like joyful freaks
with dreams tattooed on our hearts, an endless pulsations of mirages
the chaotic noises and clean silence coalescing into one ceaseless hum
one permanent unfiltered affection
you can tell me there is nothing to the urban jungle's song
but i choose that song to be my everything
